Own front-desk and guest relations, coordinate onsite interviews, manage visitor check-in and hospitality, support leadership scheduling, organize meeting-room calendars, and assist with events and administrative projects. The role requires strong prioritization, discretion, clear communication, attention to detail, initiative, and comfort with fast-changing priorities.

Own product strategy and execution across consumer rewards, mobile publisher platforms, adtech monetization, marketplace economics, and experimentation. Lead improvements to user engagement, SDK and API integrations, attribution, fraud prevention, pricing, ranking, measurement, and publisher reporting. Partner with engineering, data science, advertisers, and major publishers to launch scalable products, optimize revenue and margins, and make data-driven decisions on experiments.

Develop and scale organic acquisition across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO. Write and optimize content, landing pages, and app store listings; execute technical and on-page SEO, internal linking, content refreshes, and conversion experiments. Analyze rankings, citations, and funnel data to identify opportunities, build AI-powered content workflows, and improve user acquisition and signup conversion. Collaborate cross-functionally on brand narrative and organic growth strategy.
