Work directly with leadership to design, build, and ship core product features end-to-end. Own scope, architecture, implementation, and rollout for zero-to-one initiatives (SDKs, networks, new products). Ship high-quality, testable code quickly and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.

Lead CRM lifecycle strategy and execution to maximize retention and monetization. Design algorithmic personalization, run rigorous incrementality experiments, partner with Data/Engineering on real-time event schema, and build/operate omnichannel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, In-App) including API-triggered flows.

Support the UA team by uploading and organizing hundreds of video creatives, maintaining clean folder structures, coordinating with agencies on delivery and formats, and helping build automation workflows to reduce manual work. Operational, hands-on role focused on process ownership and quality at scale. Six-month full-time internship with potential for full-time conversion.
