?️ Retreats and coworking weeks - We believe that in person experiences help to foster deep relationships, so we gather a few times each year to work alongside each other as we get to know each other, sprint on projects, or plan for the future. Once every quarter, we hold a coworking week in a beautiful place across the world (like Italy, Greece, or Berlin). Once per year, we hold a specific retreat for each team in a fun, convenient location (like Austin or NYC). And on a one-off basis, we gather certain teams for in-person team project sprints. During these times together, we work during the day, have fun at night, and enjoy the company of our peers.
?️ Executive coaching for all - At Almanac, every team member has access to CEO-level coaches. We strive to give you the resources you need to advance, mature, and succeed in alignment with your goals, and executive coaching is one of the ways we help you stay on track. Depending on your management level, you'll be eligible to meet with your coach between six to eighteen times per year (in one hour sessions).
?️ Async days - We observe two async days per week, where we cancel all meetings and stay off Slack. By removing interruptions and distractions, we allow you to enter states of deep flow with enhanced focus and productivity.
