Own and evolve Alma’s revenue systems architecture, with Salesforce as the core CRM and Gong, Aircall, Looker, SQL, and automation tools integrated around it. Translate business needs into scalable systems, processes, governance, and roadmap decisions. Partner with Revenue, Finance, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to improve data quality, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency across markets and sales motions.

Own product design for Alma’s core payment, credit, risk, and finance products across internal tools and B2B/SaaS experiences. Lead discovery, research, problem framing, end-to-end UX design, microcopy, prototyping, and design-system contributions. Partner with product managers and engineers, define success metrics, use quantitative data, and ship localized experiences across regulated European markets. The role requires designing complex workflows, edge cases, error states, and complete operational experiences.

Own the inbound sales cycle for SMB merchants across France and Europe, qualifying leads, managing the pipeline, converting opportunities, and guiding prospects through their first transaction. Meet performance targets while delivering a strong customer experience, developing expertise in retail, e-commerce, finance, and payments, and improving sales techniques through coaching and feedback.
