The Immigration Paralegal & Legal Writer will draft and prepare visa petitions, collaborate with the legal team, and enhance operational systems at Alma while managing multiple cases.

Provide real-time eligibility assessments and sales strategy for employment-based visas, make intake go/no-go decisions, track USCIS trends, productize legal knowledge into guides and tools, create content and knowledge-base materials, support limited casework and RFE responses, and represent the company at events.
