Coordinates engineering programs from design through manufacturing, maintaining project plans, schedules, risks, requirements, reporting, and change control. Runs stand-ups and design reviews, tracks actions, supports engineering studies, build, testing, commissioning, validation, documentation, BOM maintenance, and release processes. The role connects engineering, production, commercial teams, suppliers, and project partners in a fast-paced sustainable technology startup.

Six-month graduate internship supporting mechanical design, CAD restructuring, BOM generation, GA drawing production, supplier drawing packs, fastener library creation, part release tracking, and drawing updates to support manufacturing of battery energy storage systems.

Lead the development of system architecture and software integration for DC fast charging in battery energy storage systems. Responsible for standards compliance, testing, and collaboration with engineering teams and external partners.
