Administer and configure Collibra to support enterprise data governance, metadata management, data catalogs, business glossaries, lineage, and governance workflows. Manage users, access controls, data quality, and stewardship processes; integrate Collibra with enterprise data platforms using APIs and connectors. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement governance standards, with potential support for federal digital services engagements.

Lead a hands-on U.S. staffing recruitment team while personally sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates. Manage requisitions from intake through onboarding coordination, coach recruiters, allocate workloads, track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS data, and improve hiring processes. Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders to meet delivery timelines, build talent pipelines, address bottlenecks, and ensure quality candidate submissions and placements.

Designs scalable applications and server solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs. Develops strategic and tactical technology solutions, promotes reusable best practices, challenges existing methods, and presents designs to the Enterprise Architecture Review Council for approval. The role requires broad IT knowledge across mainframe, Java, .NET, eCommerce, networking, and service-oriented architecture environments.
