Lead public-sector software development and technology modernization projects from planning through deployment and post-production support. Manage Agile delivery, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, subcontractors, contractual obligations, and executive communications. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, oversee testing and releases, maintain governance documentation, and support proposals, estimates, staffing, and client engagement growth.

Performs financial analysis, reconciliations, audit and cost accounting reviews supporting federal agencies and grant recipients. Responsibilities include evaluating expenditures under 2 CFR Part 200, monitoring compliance, reviewing budgets and SF-425 reports, reconciling drawdowns, assessing indirect cost rates, evaluating internal controls, supporting grant closeout and corrective actions, and providing technical assistance. The role requires accounting experience, federal financial management knowledge, strong documentation skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to obtain required security credentials.

Maintain financial records, enter daily transactions in Tally, reconcile monthly statements, support audits and regulatory compliance, coordinate financial data submissions, assist with budgeting, and manage petty cash, invoices, and expenses. The role requires proficiency in Tally and Excel, coordination with auditors and departments, and occasional field-related tasks.
