Drives sales growth and account penetration across the Atlanta territory by developing customer relationships, prospecting, conducting visits and demonstrations, preparing proposals, resolving concerns, monitoring market conditions, and promoting building-material products. Requires up to 75% travel within the assigned territory and region.

Manages customer orders from entry through fulfillment, coordinating with manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and sales teams. Responds to inquiries, provides updates, resolves order issues, maintains accurate records, supports invoicing and vendor-managed inventory, and follows up on leads. Recommends products, identifies upselling opportunities, supports sales targets, and performs administrative tasks while maintaining product knowledge and customer-focused service.

Provides technical support to sales teams, distributors, dealers, builders, contractors, and owners. Maintains technical publications, regulatory and code compliance resources, and customer training materials. Interprets building codes and regulatory changes, organizes inquiry data, supports onboarding, and collaborates with sales and installation specialists to clarify customer requirements. Also evaluates regulatory, market, and customer trends to inform technical requirements and new market strategies.
