Provide psychiatric nursing care including pre-admission screening, vitals, specimen collection, medication administration and education, care coordination, EMR documentation, and collaboration with prescribers to support integrated behavioral health.

Process and submit behavioral health claims, manage denials and appeals, post insurance payments in the EHR, generate client invoices, resolve billing inquiries, support escalations and special projects, and coordinate with coding/credentialing teams to improve revenue cycle workflows.

Manage a pipeline of 30+ grants, prepare and monitor grant budgets and billings, ensure compliance with government regulations, produce financial reports and amendments, and lead financial projects to improve platform, policies, and audit readiness.
