Design and ship consumer digital product experiences across iOS, Android, and web. Responsibilities include researching user behavior, developing growth and community features, designing membership experiences, creating motion systems, using code and AI for prototyping, and contributing to design systems. The role owns work from concept through release and evaluates post-launch performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Provide technical customer support across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Troubleshoot issues, reproduce and document bugs, identify trends, escalate urgent problems, and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering. Manage a high ticket volume with empathy, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Trail Data Operations. Experience with support tools, AI support bots, public support content, languages, or mapping applications is beneficial.
