Owns and develops security-critical authentication software across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and cloud platforms. Responsibilities include Rust-based Windows authentication components, Python Bluetooth services, cryptography, PKI, certificate logon, identity protocols, backend features, protobuf communication, threat modeling, mTLS, release packaging, and cross-platform testing. The role requires deep Windows internals and authentication expertise, applied cryptography knowledge, and strong Rust and Python skills.

Lead enterprise customer deployments from contract signing through go-live. Plan rollouts, configure SAML and OIDC integrations, package and deploy software through Intune, Jamf, Group Policy, and other MDM tools, and troubleshoot Windows identity environments. Create deployment guides, scripts, and checklists, conduct customer IT working sessions, and provide field feedback to engineering.

Own post-sale customer relationships, onboarding, troubleshooting, and deployment of passwordless authentication across Windows environments, applications, and access systems. Configure and debug SAML and OIDC integrations, diagnose Windows identity issues involving Active Directory, Entra ID, Kerberos, and certificates, support MDM software deployment, document solutions, and relay customer feedback to engineering.
