Provide phone, email, and remote technical support for UAVs, sensors, reality capture hardware, and geospatial software. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, configuration, flight planning, data collection, and processing workflows. Assist with customer onboarding, training, demonstrations, documentation, and technology adoption. Support trade shows, workshops, product testing, and escalation of complex issues to manufacturers or internal specialists. Occasional travel is required for training, customer visits, demonstrations, and company events.

Supports warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counts, order staging, documentation, and quality control. Maintains an organized and safe warehouse, communicates with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams, and delivers customer orders as needed. The role also supports efficiency improvements and requires physical work, forklift certification or willingness to obtain it, and a valid driver’s license.

Build and grow a network of sub-dealers and resellers for Trimble geospatial products. Prospect and develop partners, provide product demonstrations and training, support sales cycles, manage reseller relationships, maintain HubSpot CRM pipelines, analyze sales performance, and travel frequently across the assigned Texas territory (30–50% overnight).
