Provide customer service to walk-in and phone customers, process sales/orders/payments, manage inventory and purchase orders, coordinate shipments, maintain records, support outside sales, and assist with daily office operations and bi-annual inventory counts.

Manage daily office operations including in-store sales, inventory and purchase order management, receiving and fulfillment, customer service (phone and walk-ins), serialized equipment registration, and supporting sales staff with pricing and shipping.

Provide front-line customer service and in-store sales support, process and track orders and shipments, manage inventory and purchase orders, perform inventory counts, and support sales representatives to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and organized daily operations.
