Manages vendor performance, governance, KPIs, budgets, purchase orders, and reporting for automotive-sector IT operations. Analyzes business processes, defines current and future-state workflows, translates requirements into functional specifications, coordinates system configuration and interfaces, and leads medium-to-large IT projects. Develops project plans, manages change control, supports testing and implementation, recommends process automation, and serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
