Supports daily roastery operations, including coffee production, order packing, quality control, workload prioritization, and delivery preparation. The role involves regular lifting and handling of coffee sacks and production materials, maintaining accurate orders, and collaborating with the wider team. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Support coffee roasting, production, quality control, equipment upkeep, packing, order preparation, stock management, and roastery organization. Work closely with the Roasting Lead and team to meet production targets, follow processes and schedules, maintain consistency, and uphold quality standards. The role requires prior coffee roasting knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and a focus on specialty coffee. A forklift licence is advantageous.

Create and adapt brand artwork across digital, social, print, retail, packaging, and presentations. Develop design solutions from creative briefs, apply brand guidelines, prepare production-ready files, and support campaigns and day-to-day projects. Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, regional leads, suppliers, and agencies while managing multiple deadlines, responding to feedback, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing ideas to creative discussions.
