Own buy-side diligence for acquisitions: lead financial, operational, and commercial workstreams; build valuation and financial models; write investment memos; source and maintain pipeline; coordinate external advisors; leverage AI to accelerate analysis and support deal decisions.

Provide end-to-end administrative support to the CEO: manage travel, keep the office running, coordinate events and onboarding, represent the CEO externally, use AI tools to improve workflows, exercise strong judgment, build relationships, and respond flexibly outside normal hours when needed. In-person role based in Toronto.
