Embed with US robotics teams to onboard data, build ingestion and integration, run pilots to defined success criteria, ship field learnings into the platform, and produce repeatable deployment playbooks. Act as the technical face of Alloy onsite, balancing solutions engineering and product engineering while traveling frequently.

Design and ship applied ML systems for robotics fleet data: evaluation pipelines, retrieval over messy telemetry/video, inference cost reductions (routing, caching, distillation), fine-tuning task models, and cross-fleet dataset/feature development to improve agents at scale.
