Owns technical user guides from information gathering through writing, editing, feedback implementation, and publication. Collaborates with subject matter experts across departments and countries, proofreads documents, manages multiple deadlines, and communicates complex networking and security concepts clearly. The role requires strong English, IP networking knowledge, hands-on Linux proficiency, Microsoft Word expertise, and familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools.

Analyze malicious domains, URLs, phishing, malware, and threat infrastructure to identify relationships and patterns across large datasets. Define and maintain threat taxonomies and classification frameworks, produce structured intelligence, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to scale automation, AI/ML, and detection capabilities.

Oversee accounting and financial activities for international subsidiaries, including month-end close, US GAAP compliance, payroll, suppliers, financial analysis, tax filings, statutory reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, global audit experience, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, independence, multitasking, and fluency in English.
