Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines that integrate data from databases, APIs, and cloud sources into warehouses or lakes. Supports AWS cloud environments through monitoring, deployments, incident response, troubleshooting, maintenance, provisioning, scaling, and patching. Assists with Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, containers, Kubernetes, Linux systems, documentation, and cloud security practices. Participates in rotating on-call coverage and after-hours production support while collaborating with senior engineers and technical teams. This hybrid role is designed for early-career professionals developing cloud operations, DevOps, and site reliability skills.

Manage technology programs and workstreams by developing delivery plans, coordinating Product, Engineering, Data, Integration, QA, client, and domain teams, tracking milestones and dependencies, and managing risks, issues, and blockers. Facilitate delivery meetings, document decisions and actions, prepare stakeholder and executive communications, monitor program health, and drive accountability through implementation and operational readiness.
