Teams at ALLO Fiber

Owns the design, administration, security, optimization, and reliability of Windows, Linux, endpoint, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure in a multi-tenant MSP environment. Leads modernization, patching, backup, disaster recovery, incident response, automation, documentation, and infrastructure standards. Serves as the final escalation point for complex issues, mentors Tier 2 staff, advises customers, manages projects, and participates in on-call and after-hours support.

Drive new business growth by prospecting, cold calling, and selling fiber internet, cloud phone, cybersecurity, and managed IT services to business customers. Conduct needs assessments, build and manage the sales pipeline, negotiate and close opportunities, maintain customer relationships, forecast sales, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and leadership. Attend networking events, stay informed on technology and competitors, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Installs, pulls, locates, splices, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains underground and aerial fiber-optic networks. Operates vehicles, aerial lifts, ladders, hand tools, and test equipment; completes field reports, splice documentation, QA/QC, and driver logs. Performs excavation, restoration, emergency repairs, equipment maintenance coordination, and work in outdoor and confined environments. Travel up to 50% and overtime may be required.
