Designs, deploys, and maintains GCP infrastructure supporting telecommunications OSS/BSS platforms. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, networking, security, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, documentation, and team training. The role optimizes scalability, performance, reliability, and secure integration between cloud and on-premises systems while supporting customer, billing, operational, and network management functions.

Supports HR onboarding by coordinating with HR and IT, communicating with candidates, managing uniforms and badging, distributing employment communications, and assisting with employee engagement, recognition, drug screening, and process improvement initiatives. Provides day-to-day HR service while developing communication, organizational, and human resources skills through mentorship and hands-on projects.

Drive business growth by selling ALLO’s fiber internet, TV, cloud phone, cybersecurity, and managed IT services to business customers. Generate leads through prospecting and networking, assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, manage sales pipelines, negotiate and close deals, maintain customer relationships, forecast results, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires outside B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
