Teams at Allium

Provide technical, customer-facing support for Allium's data platform: troubleshoot SQL queries, data pipelines, APIs and integrations; diagnose warehouse and delivery issues; collaborate with engineering to fix bugs; write documentation and automate troubleshooting; triage incidents per SLAs and build AI-native support tools.

The Account Executive will identify use cases for Allium's data platform, build a pipeline of prospects, lead technical sales processes, and engage with both crypto and traditional finance customers to close complex deals.

Lead product marketing for an institutional, data-centric blockchain product: develop segment-specific positioning, competitive battlecards, launch and pricing enablement, win/loss research, and cross-functional GTM execution to win enterprise banking, payments, custody, trading, and research customers.
