Partners with marketing, digital, operations, and analytics teams, supports marketing automation, creates digital assets, and translates data into actionable recommendations.

Leads enterprise-wide strategic projects exceeding $5 million, managing planning, execution, budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, contracts, and change management. Develops project prioritization processes, portfolio management practices, standardized tools, methodologies, and deliverables. Partners with executives, evaluates business and technical solutions, supports ROI analysis, and mentors leaders and project managers in effective project management practices.

Provides administrative and clerical support, including scheduling, calendar and records management, correspondence, billing, database and spreadsheet maintenance, report generation, phone coverage, receptionist duties, supply ordering, meeting and travel coordination, timecard management, and department support. May schedule patient or client visits, manage provider schedules and expenses, track education, and maintain department websites.

Supports financial analytics and partners with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, accruals, revenue cycle trends, staffing and expense analysis, capital planning, and business initiatives. Develops budgets, identifies improvement opportunities, communicates financial trends, provides education, and conducts complex ad hoc analyses. Also supports joint venture and professional services arrangements and collaborates on technology applications for forecasting, cost accounting, and productivity modeling.

Manages an IT security team responsible for protecting system-wide data and networks. Leads security architecture, identity security, threat detection, vulnerability management, governance, risk assessments, secure-by-design reviews, technology implementations, policy development, and security communications. Oversees testing, budgets, hiring, performance management, and potentially other managers. Provides technical leadership to IT leaders, customers, developers, strategic partners, and service providers in a complex healthcare environment.
