Performs diagnostic imaging in an inpatient setting under radiologist direction. Completes procedures per physician orders, ensures patient identification and safety, documents accurately, operates imaging equipment, verifies image transfer to PACS, and uses Excellian EMR. Communicates with patients and team, maintains competence, and follows department policies.

Answer high-volume calls to provide patient access and navigation across systemwide services. Perform basic scheduling, registration, paging, and data entry using electronic medical records and multi-line phone systems. Maintain confidentiality, use technology tools, solve appointment issues, and follow registration processes. Participate in onboarding and shift rotations as assigned.

Lead systemwide patient safety, quality, and experience strategy and programs. Align business units, set strategic vision, manage budgets, oversee managers and strategists, implement software and policies for reporting, action planning and risk, and coordinate resources for issue resolution and programmatic planning.

Performs routine and complex histology and immunohistochemistry procedures including accessioning, cryostat sectioning, processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, QC, instrument maintenance, training new staff, charge tech duties, and participation in competency and method validation activities.

Provide perianesthesia nursing care: prepare patients for surgical, endoscopic, and pain procedures; monitor anesthesia/sedation; deliver Phase I and II postoperative care; perform comprehensive assessments, develop and modify plans of care, coordinate with families and the care team, and act as charge nurse or preceptor when assigned.

Provide preoperative, procedural, and post-anesthesia nursing care for surgical, endoscopic, and pain injection patients. Performs diagnostic imaging in an outpatient clinic under provider/radiologist direction: rooms patients, completes and documents procedures, ensures image quality and transfer to PACS, may perform DEXA scans, uses Excellian EMR, maintains patient safety and supplies. Requires ARRT registration and BLS.

Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing or recovering from anesthesia/sedation. Assess and monitor patients (including ventilator and hemodynamically unstable patients), develop and revise care plans, collaborate with care team, fulfill unit responsibilities, and serve as charge nurse or preceptor when assigned.

Prepare and deliver meals for patients, cafeteria, and catering following menus and recipes; assemble and retrieve patient trays; maintain food safety (cooking, cooling, labeling, sanitizing); wash dishes, trays, cookware, and utensils; restock service areas; may operate a cash register and assist with grocery orders and catered meal setup.

Under RN supervision, provide direct patient care on a 24-bed oncology unit: assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, mobility, transfers, vital signs, specimen collection, documentation, admissions/transfers/discharge, basic medication transport (non-controlled), and maintain patient safety and infection control.

Maintain required certifications and competencies to ensure safe, high-quality perianesthesia care.

Serve as the first point of contact for rehabilitation patients: check in, verify records and insurance, schedule appointments, manage EMR chart prep, coordinate interpreter services, and provide departmental administrative support.

Under RN supervision, provides direct patient care including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, vitals collection and documentation, specimen collection, assist with admissions/transfers/discharge, implement fall prevention and maintain patient safety.
