Provide administrative and clerical support for multi-site pharmacy operations including scheduling and coverage coordination, meeting minutes, license and accreditation support, departmental communications, SharePoint and file maintenance, database reporting, and general receptionist and office duties.

Support Retail and Specialty Pharmacy by analyzing and documenting business requirements, building reports and dashboards (including Epic reporting), performing ad-hoc analysis, supporting implementations and UAT, and managing small projects to prioritize and deliver solutions.

Greet and register patients in person or by phone, collect demographic and insurance information, collect co-pays, perform end-of-day reconciliation, manage lobby and supplies, assist with scheduling and phone calls, and provide general clerical and customer service support.

Transport patients, specimens, medications, and equipment safely and timely within the hospital. Use safe patient-moving techniques and transfer equipment, operate the electronic medical record transport system, escalate emergencies, and coordinate transport timing to support clinical workflows.

Provide assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for outpatient oncology patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate care, apply evidence-based oncology practices, precept when assigned, and support clinic operations in a day-shift outpatient setting.

Prepare, assemble, deliver and retrieve patient and employee meals following cycle/modified menus and recipes. Ensure food safety (temperatures, labeling, sanitizing), wash dishes/trays, restock service areas, assist with grocery orders, and may operate a cash register or set up catering. Occasional weekends; medium physical demands.

Deliver clean linen to stock areas, collect and launder soiled linen, stock linen carts and storage rooms, prepare carts for reuse, may track linen usage in daily logs, and perform other assigned duties to support facility cleanliness and patient comfort.

Partner with operational leaders to lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Provide complex ad hoc analyses, model forecasting and cost accounting, support revenue cycle and JV/PSA financials, and recommend improvement plans to drive financial performance.

Provide comprehensive RN care in electrophysiology ambulatory clinics: assess patients, develop and modify care plans, coordinate care, maintain competencies, support quality initiatives, and serve as charge nurse or preceptor when assigned.

Schedules and coordinates patient appointments, procedures, and tests; maintains provider schedules and department records; verifies insurance and obtains prior authorizations; prepares and indexes patient charts; provides front-desk and administrative support to ensure efficient clinical operations and a positive patient experience.

Coordinate business office activities for the Valve and Structural Heart Disease Program: manage patient scheduling and registration, maintain electronic medical records, handle clinic and physician billing, create provider schedules, support productivity reporting and meetings, assist leadership with daily operations and patient complaint resolution.

Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging in an outpatient clinic, room patients, follow physician orders and safety protocols, document procedures in the EMR, operate imaging equipment (may perform DEXA), ensure images transfer to PACS, stock supplies, and communicate with providers and team members.

Provide clinical supervision and operational leadership to social work and care management teams. Oversee discharge planning, resource allocation, quality improvement, staff development, psychosocial assessment, care transitions, and interdisciplinary coordination to support patient care and reduce readmissions.

Manage daily clinic operations, lead and develop staff and providers, oversee financial performance and revenue cycle, implement strategic programs, ensure compliance and safety, improve patient experience, and represent the clinic in the community.

Serve as first point of contact for outpatient rehabilitation patients: manage check-in, verify records and insurance, schedule and modify appointments, arrange interpreter services, prepare and update charts, obtain outside records, support department administrative tasks, maintain training materials and patient education resources, and assist with billing/credentialing tasks as needed.

Provide nursing care for short-stay observation patients on a night shift medical-surgical unit. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and modify care plans, coordinate care, supervise staff when acting as charge, precept new staff, maintain competencies, and follow evidence-based practice and organizational requirements. May float to other hospital units.

Provide safe patient care and assist radiologic technologists by performing limited radiographic procedures, transporting and positioning patients, managing imaging data and EMR documentation, scheduling and coordinating exams, restocking rooms, and supporting workflow between physicians, clinics, and service departments.

Assist patients and authorized representatives to obtain financial assistance by evaluating financial situations, determining eligibility for state, federal and hospital programs, completing applications, collecting documentation, coordinating with hospital staff and agencies, maintaining accurate records, de-escalating basic situations, and supporting special projects.

Provide chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive infusion care for hematology/oncology patients using systematic nursing processes. Assess, educate, document, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, comply with research protocols, and perform indirect administrative duties to maintain quality and continuity of care.

Manage third‑party payer billing and accounts receivable: submit and follow up on claims, resolve denials, verify eligibility, complete appeals, update insurance demographics, contact insurers, mentor staff, and participate in process improvements.
