Leads underwriting and portfolio management for a complex North American E&O insurance book. Responsibilities include account analysis, pricing, policy authorization, business development, broker and client relationships, portfolio monitoring, strategic planning, and financial oversight. The role supervises and develops underwriting staff, collaborates with actuarial, claims, legal, accounting, and IT teams, and supports regional leadership in achieving profitability, growth, and expense objectives.

Investigate, evaluate and resolve D&O, fiduciary, crime and other professional lines claims. Manage a heavy caseload, analyze coverage, set reserves, coordinate litigation strategy with counsel, prepare reports, and collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance and operations. Engage brokers and clients and attend industry meetings.

Leads the vision, roadmap, delivery, governance, and adoption of Data and AI products supporting P&C insurance underwriting. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, claims, distribution, engineering, data science, and executive stakeholders to deliver capabilities such as GenAI copilots, intelligent risk scoring, submission automation, predictive models, and analytics. Owns prioritization, agile delivery, responsible AI practices, stakeholder reviews, and business value measurement.
