Leads industrial engineering, reliability, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives across cabinet manufacturing operations. Analyzes production processes, labor utilization, equipment downtime, material flow, capacity, and performance data to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. Develops labor standards, layouts, dashboards, capacity models, and ROI analyses; facilitates Kaizen and root-cause activities; supports maintenance reliability, automation, capital projects, and new product introduction while partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements.

Leads regional multifamily cabinet and countertop sales, setting objectives, forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue growth plans. Manages direct accounts and supports sales team development, customer relationships, territory expansion, and order closing. The role targets $15–20 million or more in annual territory sales, requires frequent multistate travel, and uses software systems to manage accounts and sales activities.

Provides administrative support for the Install Department by preparing documents, entering data, maintaining records, scheduling stone installations, and coordinating with customers, production, sales, and logistics teams. Responds to installation inquiries, provides updates, resolves service concerns, and supports a positive customer experience. The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, organizational ability, and occasional travel to job sites or training.

Drives sales in the stone manufacturing market by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting products, negotiating terms, closing sales, and meeting revenue targets. The role monitors industry and competitor activity, collaborates with the sales team, and travels extensively to visit clients and support business development.

Manages cost accounting, standard and actual costing, inventory valuation, reconciliations, manufacturing cost reporting, month-end close, profitability analysis, and physical inventory processes. Supports audits, strengthens internal controls, improves costing processes, and provides financial analyses and management reporting. Serves as the Finance liaison for business intelligence and reporting while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other departments.
