Manage and mentor property accounting staff; oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, recovery reconciliations, NOI/FFO/AFFO and balance sheet analysis; coordinate audits and internal controls; improve SOPs and processes; provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects.

Responsibilities include resolving billing, lease, service, and special-request inquiries; coordinating with technical services; supporting events, surveys, communications, projects, and emergency situations; maintaining records; and ensuring service levels and user experience expectations are met.
