Assist press operators on sheetfed presses: load paper and plates, maintain ink and rollers, monitor and adjust print quality and layouts, support press setup (sheet size, coatings, blankets), perform routine adjustments/repairs, and follow production plans and ERP systems. Role is physical and shift-based.

Assist the Lead Pressman with setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed web offset presses. Prepare materials, monitor print quality and registration, perform make-readies, load rolls, perform preventative maintenance, maintain production records, and follow safety procedures to meet schedules and quality standards.

Lead setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of multi-color sheetfed offset presses. Ensure color consistency, perform make‑readies, mentor press staff, coordinate with prepress and production teams, perform preventative maintenance, maintain inventory, and complete production documentation to meet customer specifications and schedules.
