Perform end-to-end customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for retail and SME customers. Validate onboarding and ongoing reviews, manage AML activity with Risk & Compliance and MLRO, investigate complex cases outside system parameters, develop CDD reporting/dashboard, maintain accurate records, identify control failures, and support change initiatives as the CDD/AML subject-matter expert.

Lead and manage the IT service desk to deliver excellent end-user support. Own ticket resolution, SLAs/KPIs, JML and asset lifecycle processes, mentor engineers, provide hands-on escalation support, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Incident Management and Platforms Engineering to resolve complex issues.
