Lead and improve Technology Operations including Service Desk leadership, macOS/Windows endpoint lifecycle and MDM/UEM administration, JML provisioning/deprovisioning, workplace technology delivery, and automation using scripting and workflow tools to increase efficiency, security and colleague experience.

Manage a portfolio of established SME customers, building trusted relationships and delivering lending, deposits, and other banking products. Drive acquisition through adviser networks, events, campaigns, lead follow-up, and occasional cold calling. Monitor portfolio risk, identify customer stress, maintain accurate CRM records, and support Senior Relationship Managers while developing commercial lending, sales, risk, and portfolio management capabilities.
