Leads Allica Bank’s multidisciplinary creative studio across brand, growth, design, copy, motion, video, and web. Sets creative direction, manages a seven-person team, oversees production processes, supports high-volume acquisition work, and develops templated and AI-assisted workflows. Partners with Growth, Digital Acquisition, Product, and commercial leaders while maintaining brand quality, compliance, capacity planning, and external agency relationships.

Manage a portfolio of SME customers, developing trusted relationships and identifying lending, deposit, and other banking opportunities. The role includes B2B sales, account management, customer service, risk monitoring, CRM administration, networking, event support, lead follow-up, and portfolio management. The associate will support senior relationship managers while developing expertise in commercial lending, financial analysis, sales, risk management, and SME relationship banking.

Build, implement, monitor, and optimise IFRS9 credit risk, statistical, machine learning, and automated lending decisioning models. Responsibilities include data preparation, feature engineering, validation, monitoring, recalibration, root-cause analysis, policy optimisation, model deployment, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration across credit, finance, underwriting, data, and engineering teams.
