Develop new business by prospecting business owners, C-suite executives, and CPA firms; conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling sales meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role builds strategic referral partnerships, tracks pipeline activity in Salesforce, represents the company at industry events, and converts event connections into qualified opportunities. Travel up to 40% within the United States is required, and the candidate must reside in or relocate to Houston, Texas.

Lead complex software and technology initiatives from planning through delivery. Manage scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, roadmaps, Agile processes, and stakeholder communication. Provide technical leadership across cloud, data, AI, APIs, architecture, and enterprise integrations. Coordinate distributed engineering and product teams, guide solution decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality delivery of AI and data-focused products.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports scalable enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include software architecture, system integrations, data pipelines, generative AI implementation, performance and security optimization, technical documentation, and collaboration with distributed teams. The role also mentors engineers and contributes to Agile delivery. Candidates must have extensive software engineering experience, strong architecture skills, and be available onsite in Houston five days per week.
