Manage and optimize an enterprise Salesforce environment, including configuration, security, data integrity, automation, integrations, reports, dashboards, and sandbox lifecycle management. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, administer sales technology applications, perform data imports and deduplication, gather business requirements, and deliver end-user training. The role supports go-to-market teams and drives Salesforce adoption while maintaining compliance and reliable data flows.

The Chief of Staff serves as the CEO’s strategic advisor and execution partner, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, executive alignment, accountability, and organizational communication. Responsibilities include coordinating leadership meetings, tracking priorities, managing high-stakes projects, preparing board materials, improving governance and operating discipline, surfacing risks, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires strong business, financial, strategic, communication, and organizational judgment in a fast-paced consulting and technology environment.

Manage the end-to-end technology apprenticeship program, including workforce planning, recruiting coordination, onboarding, mentorship, project assignments, status tracking, presentations, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partner with technology leaders, recruiters, mentors, universities, and apprentices to ensure strong program outcomes, professional development, and business value. Organize semester-end showcases and provide leadership updates on program health, staffing, risks, and results.
