Provides financial analysis and decision support to operating leadership through management reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation. Leads planning processes, interprets financial results, identifies trends and outliers, partners with IT on financial systems, and implements process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinates onboarding and program administration for 1099 advisors and field management, including background checks, contracts, appointments, licensing, training completion, carrier follow-up, records, reports, and recruiting portal maintenance. Provides process guidance to field and home-office teams, tracks applications through approval, supports contracting workflows, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists with special projects.

Manages a mid-market commercial property and casualty insurance book of business, including client relationships, renewals, new business development, coverage analysis, carrier negotiations, service team direction, vendor contracts, and fee collection. Serves as the primary client contact, presents renewal analyses, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports RFPs, and provides technical expertise while maintaining accurate agency management system data.
