Review, prepare, and reconcile documentation for closing, funding, and sale of first mortgage loans (routine to complex). Prepare closing instructions, verify funding/wires, clear documentation issues with third-party partners, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, maintain files and reporting, and communicate status with loan officers, title companies, borrowers, and cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for ITSM/ITOM practices (CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, Change, Incident, Problem). Own CMDB/CSDM design and data quality, drive ITAM lifecycle controls, oversee change governance, and partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to implement metrics, automation, and compliance-ready processes.

Operationalize cyber threat intelligence by triaging intelligence, enriching indicators, monitoring threats, profiling threat actors and malware, and mapping activity to MITRE ATT&CK. Support adversary emulation, purple team exercises, SOC investigations, threat hunting, third-party risk, fraud operations, tabletop exercises, and online impersonation monitoring. Communicate intelligence findings, maintain threat documentation, and recommend improvements to detection and response capabilities.
