Process membership and deposit accounts and manage loan funding by reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, disbursing funds, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serve as primary member contact for account opening and loan inquiries, validate eligibility and signatures to prevent fraud, and support software testing and process improvements.

Lead enterprise platform strategy and architecture for cloud, data, and AI platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, OpenAI/Foundry). Own platform lifecycle, establish standards and guardrails, drive modernization and cost optimization, influence governance, mentor senior engineers, and partner with executives to translate strategy into platform capabilities.

Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and P&L for a priority partner segment. Build and scale partner ecosystems through strategic alliances, agile experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, analytics, risk, and compliance. Define success metrics from validation to profitability, run member and partner testing, leverage digital and AI capabilities, and report results to senior leadership.
