Manage AllianceBernstein’s state and local tax function, including direct and indirect tax compliance, state audits, controversy, apportionment, nexus, tax provisions, entity filings, and strategic tax initiatives. Partner with internal teams, external advisors, and auditors while monitoring tax developments, improving processes through technology, and supporting transactions and corporate tax projects.

Provides administrative and client service support to multiple financial advisors. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials, managing calendars, handling client inquiries, coordinating events and travel, maintaining databases, managing expenses, answering phones, ordering supplies, and supporting office operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of administrative or executive support experience.

Supports Financial Advisors serving high-net-worth clients through portfolio analysis, account setup and maintenance, meeting preparation, wealth planning support, and relationship management. The role provides client service, prospect engagement, business development support, and investment knowledge development through a comprehensive training program. Associates may advance into client service, wealth strategies, investment strategies, leadership, or advisory roles.
