Directs daily steel fabrication shop operations, supervising production personnel and coordinating scheduling, materials, quality, safety, maintenance, and costs. Plans workflow, removes bottlenecks, manages labor and resources, tracks performance metrics, drives continuous improvement, and ensures customer orders meet delivery and quality requirements. Coaches supervisors and employees, supports hiring and development, and serves on the plant leadership team.
