Provides member and student support for computer-based and instructor-led safety training. Responsibilities include operating CBT lab computers and databases, scheduling courses, monitoring testing, issuing cards, assisting instructors and member companies, troubleshooting basic IT issues, maintaining lab security, greeting students, and supporting front-desk operations. The role requires dependable communication, basic computer skills, English grammar proficiency, and one to three years of member services experience.

Supports member services and computer-based training operations by greeting students, scheduling courses, monitoring testing, issuing cards, assisting instructors and member companies, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and maintaining secure, orderly CBT labs. The role also supports front-desk activities, prepares classrooms, manages supplies, follows lab security procedures, and may work varied schedules, Saturdays, and overtime.

Leads daily learning program operations, including course scheduling, registration, LMS administration, reporting, participant and instructor support, training logistics, communications, documentation, and compliance. Serves as a subject matter expert and peer coach, supports onboarding and technical training, troubleshoots escalated issues, coordinates certifications and completion records, and contributes to process improvements, standard operating procedures, and special projects.
