Processes cacao bean samples into cacao mass, chocolate, and derived products through cleaning, roasting, winnowing, milling, and tempering. Maintains laboratory cleanliness and food-safety standards, supports product preparation for awards and events, assists with procurement, inventory, logistics, catering, visits, and trainee programs. Provides general office and team support as directed by the program manager.

Leads agronomy field data collection, research trials, field team coordination, SOP and Bruno development documentation, image data quality feedback, reporting, and onboarding of breeding teams to digital AI tools. Collaborates with MLOps, product development, and user research teams to test applications and improve data collection workflows.

Leads data management and analytics for agricultural research projects, including data governance, processing pipelines, quality control, annotation oversight, exploratory analysis, and preparation of multimodal datasets for AI/ML development. Oversees cloud storage, databases, ETL workflows, documentation, reproducibility, and collaboration across research and engineering teams. Supervises junior staff, delivers training, and supports reporting and donor communications.
