Provide general clerical and office support: scheduling, document preparation, communication handling, record-keeping, meeting/event coordination, office supplies and vendor liaison, travel booking, and compliance with safety and security procedures including airport-specific training and background checks.

Manage and oversee cargo and ground account operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, train and supervise staff, audit processes, maintain KPIs, investigate incidents, coordinate with customers and agencies, and ensure efficient inbound/outbound flight handling.

Lead and supervise ramp agents to ensure safe, efficient ground handling of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail. Direct aircraft to/from gates, operate heavy equipment, perform cabin cleaning and stocking, assist staffing and scheduling, train and coach staff, and perform other operational duties while working outdoors in all weather and following strict attendance and safety standards.
