Supervise aviation ground-handling operations by coordinating airline communications, flight activity, staffing, equipment, gate activity, towing, and fuel or payload changes. Manage irregular operations and delays, allocate crews and ground support equipment, monitor performance metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and support recovery plans. Promote safety compliance, perform spot audits, and ensure unserviceable equipment is removed from service. The role requires physical work outdoors in varying weather and high-noise airport environments.

Supervise ramp agents and coordinate safe, efficient aircraft ground operations, including loading, unloading, baggage and cargo handling, equipment use, safety checks, and aircraft turnarounds. Communicate with flight crews and ground teams, resolve ramp issues, and train employees on aviation regulations and operating procedures.

Provide general clerical and office support: scheduling, document preparation, communication handling, record-keeping, meeting/event coordination, office supplies and vendor liaison, travel booking, and compliance with safety and security procedures including airport-specific training and background checks.
