Supervise and lead the cargo office team to coordinate shipping, complete compliance and international documentation, accept and release freight (including dangerous goods), collect charges, provide customer service, train and assign staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while performing physical cargo handling and flexible shifts.

Supervise ramp agents to safely and efficiently load/unload baggage and cargo, coordinate ground support equipment and resources, conduct safety checks, liaise with flight crews and departments, troubleshoot ramp issues, and train and mentor staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Manage full HR lifecycle for assigned station including recruiting, new hire processing, benefits enrollment, records maintenance, compliance, employee relations, badging/airport security coordination, and occasional payroll/administrative support. Serve as primary HR contact and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events.
