Leads daily aircraft ramp operations, supervising ramp agents and coordinating safe loading, unloading, baggage and cargo handling, aircraft movement, and turnaround activities. Manages ground support equipment, conducts safety checks, ensures compliance with aviation procedures, communicates with flight crews and ground teams, resolves ramp issues, and trains employees on operational and safety standards.

Supervise ramp agents and coordinate safe, efficient aircraft ground operations, including loading, unloading, baggage and cargo handling, equipment use, safety checks, and aircraft turnarounds. Communicate with flight crews and ground teams, troubleshoot ramp issues, and train team members on operational and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company security standards.

Provides administrative and office support through scheduling, document preparation, communication management, record-keeping, payroll processing, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, supply inventory, and vendor coordination. Handles payroll-related data and reports, maintains confidential records, prepares cargo documentation, and supports compliance and training requirements. Requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, nights, and operational schedule changes.
