Builds recruiting networks, conducts interviews and career presentations, oversees background checks and orientations, and supports staffing strategies. Maintains personnel files and government reporting compliance, coordinates airport badging and regulatory contacts, and may assist with payroll, billing, and operational reports. Requires flexible scheduling, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to obtain airport security clearance.
