Lead the cargo office team to ensure cargo handling and shipping logistics follow company, airline, and regulatory standards. Oversee documentation, coordinate shipments, accept and release freight, handle dangerous goods per regulations, collect charges, train and supervise staff, resolve customer issues, and maintain safety, security, and compliance at airport operations.

Manage all HR functions at an assigned airport station including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits enrollment, records and compliance, employee relations, badging coordination, orientations, and support for payroll/admin tasks. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance and act as primary employee contact for employment-related issues.

Oversee aircraft ground-handling station operations (ramp, baggage, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance). Manage staffing and equipment, enforce safety and regulatory compliance (FAA/TSA/OSHA), train and evaluate personnel, serve as primary customer liaison, handle security of company assets, and identify new business opportunities.
