Alliance Ground International Benefits Overview

Manage full HR lifecycle for assigned station including recruiting, new hire processing, benefits enrollment, records maintenance, compliance, employee relations, badging/airport security coordination, and occasional payroll/administrative support. Serve as primary HR contact and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events.

Provide and standardize station safety training, conduct safety audits and investigations, maintain injury/liability records, perform reporting and trend analysis, ensure OSHA and company policy compliance, and develop safety procedures and training materials.

Coach and train station staff on safety procedures, conduct audits and investigations, maintain injury/liability records, report trends, ensure OSHA and company safety compliance, liaise with insurers, and develop policy recommendations.
