Develop and support ACE Scholarships’ business systems and customer-facing digital solutions. Responsibilities include ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, web application development, APIs, integrations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and AI-enabled initiatives. The role translates documented requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with business systems, operations, customer service, and program teams. It is a full-time, in-office position in Denver with limited travel.

The Business Systems Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, creating functional specifications and user stories, mapping processes, supporting integrations and data migrations, configuring software, and coordinating with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams. The role also maintains technical documentation, supports UAT and post-implementation activities, optimizes workflows, and facilitates alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
