Supports the CFO by managing schedules, travel, correspondence, expenses, finance deadlines, meeting materials, approvals, and confidential records. Leads daily Dallas office operations, coordinating vendors, property management, maintenance, events, access, office logistics, mail, packages, and shipping. Requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, relationship-building, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines while improving office processes and employee experience.

Provides confidential senior-level administrative support to the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Development. Responsibilities include calendar and correspondence management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting preparation, database updates, executive communications, document retention, approval tracking, and liaison support. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, prioritization, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

The State Government Relations Manager advocates ADF positions on legislation and government policy in Texas and Oklahoma. Responsibilities include building relationships with legislators, staff, policy groups, and coalition partners; researching and analyzing legislation; developing advocacy plans, testimony, position papers, and reports; coordinating outreach; and speaking publicly. The role requires approximately 50% travel, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of state government processes, and residence in Texas.
