The role requires relationship building, strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and up to 25% travel.

Leads paid media strategy and performance across a portfolio of veterinary practices. Manages and develops Paid Media Strategists, oversees multi-channel campaigns, tracking, attribution, reporting, agency partnerships, and performance improvement initiatives. Translates business priorities into scalable acquisition programs, supports new practice launches, analyzes market and campaign data, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to improve client growth and marketing efficiency.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for veterinary hospitals and corporate users. Administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune. Supports Windows and macOS endpoints, networking, VPNs, infrastructure, specialized veterinary equipment, vendors, deployments, acquisitions, and cybersecurity initiatives. Maintains documentation, manages tickets, and delivers responsive customer service in a fully remote environment with occasional travel.
