Processes customer complaints, orders, changes, returns, invoices, backorders, and shipment documentation. Manages client relationships, 3PL inventory reconciliation, open purchase order reporting, and order tracking. Collaborates with clients, vendors, accounting, demand planning, and other teams to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Provides mentorship to data entry staff and completes month-end reporting while resolving issues and recommending solutions.

Own global demand forecasting across regions and product categories, balancing Make-to-Order and Vendor Managed Inventory models. Lead S&OP demand reviews, apply predictive analytics and statistical modeling, monitor forecast and service KPIs, identify supply-demand risks, and support scenario planning and digital transformation using SAP and advanced planning tools. Collaborate with global Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and client teams.

Leads global demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment across product portfolios and regions. Analyzes demand trends and forecast performance, supports product launches and transitions, develops planning dashboards and KPIs, and drives process standardization, automation, and data integrity across ERP and planning systems. Partners with commercial, operations, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and executive teams to improve customer service and support strategic decisions.
