Supports legal and business research, current awareness, training, and management of physical and digital library resources for a law firm. The role involves responding to research requests, maintaining collections, working with information providers, monitoring emerging technologies including AI, supporting legal research platform training, and improving research workflows and user experience.

Manage early careers recruitment and development programs, including university engagement, careers events, clerkship and graduate campaigns, candidate experience, onboarding, and emerging talent relationships. Partner with senior stakeholders across the firm, lead attraction and social media initiatives, and use data and technology to improve recruitment outcomes. This is a 12-month maximum-term contract based in Melbourne with hybrid working.

Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and evaluation of premium client events and national engagement programs. Manage stakeholders, use CRM and client data to target campaigns, support webinars and digital engagement, adopt technologies to improve efficiency, and strengthen client relationships and brand presence. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on event management in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.
