Practice areas include litigation, M&A, banking and finance, technology, funds, employment, projects, competition, tax, and intellectual property. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid across Australian offices.

Manage allocation of lawyers across practice groups, optimise utilisation and availability, forecast resource needs, resolve conflicts and bottlenecks, coach resource consultants, build stakeholder relationships, and implement best-practice resource management processes in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Lead Allens’ Innovation & Digital Capability team, setting strategy for legal technology, AI adoption and digital transformation. Identify opportunities with practice and corporate stakeholders, manage AI and digital champion networks, lead change management, and deliver legal operations transformation engagements for clients. Build team capability, advise senior stakeholders, measure commercial impact and ROI, and strengthen the firm’s innovation brand through thought leadership, industry engagement and market-facing initiatives.
