Provide legal advice and support on debt capital markets, fund finance, derivatives and general banking transactions. Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, advise on regulatory changes, manage competing priorities, work with partners and clients, and develop a long-term specialism in debt capital markets, fund finance or derivatives.

Advise on TMT transactional, regulatory, governance and incident matters including telecommunications, data centres, data & AI governance, cyber incident response, outsourcing, corporate carve-outs, digital transformation, startups, and media regulatory work. Collaborate with Partners across offices and support deal execution, drafting and negotiation of IT/telecommunications contracts.

Provide specialist legal advice on cyber preparedness and incident response, complex data/privacy matters, AI governance, regulatory investigations and enforcement. Work with cross-firm teams to advise boards and executives, manage large matters, lead teams, and support business development.
