Manage customers through the complete purchase process, achieve individual and team sales targets, and advise on warranties, accessories, finance, and insurance products. The role requires strong communication, customer service, selling, and influencing skills, adherence to procedures and financial regulations, and a full UK driving licence. Previous automotive sales experience is welcomed but not required; training and career development are provided.

Lead and develop a used-car sales team, drive sales targets and commercial performance, improve customer satisfaction, recruit team members, and use market and commercial data to identify growth opportunities. The role requires strong automotive dealership management experience, coaching ability, commercial awareness, customer focus, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
