Accounting Intern supporting freight file settlement, billing, accounts payable, carrier payments, accounts receivable, collections, carrier onboarding, documentation, and dispute resolution. The role involves verifying invoices and delivery records, identifying discrepancies, maintaining organized files, updating customer platforms, and communicating with carriers, brokers, shippers, and internal teams. Full training and mentorship are provided, with no prior freight accounting experience required.
