Drive new business acquisition and revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing shippers for a national non-asset 3PL. Develop prospecting systems, build a book of business, create proposals and presentations, collaborate with brokers to maximize load volume, and manage accounts to company standards.

Serve as liaison between Operations, Customers, and IT to support national accounts. Provide BI and analytical support, create KPI scorecards and dashboards, manage customer relationships, build and update loads, verify appointments and driver tracking, update customer systems, analyze and dispute scorecards, review reports in Power BI and ALX, and support billing and RFP data analysis.

Assist with load tracking, booking and carrier communications, documentation and insurance verification, system updates, general office support, and basic accounting support while learning logistics operations.
