Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models for multimodal neuropathology data, including digital histology, spatial transcriptomics, MRI, and clinical metadata. Build data pipelines and distributed training infrastructure across cloud and GPU environments. Apply computer vision, foundation models, Bayesian methods, and causal modeling to understand neurodegenerative disease progression. Collaborate with scientists, neuropathologists, computational biologists, and engineers, while publishing research and releasing open-source tools, models, and code.

Coordinates operations and project management for the Brain Health accelerator. Maintains project tracking tools, workflows, SOPs, timelines, milestones, budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and deliverables. Organizes meetings, reviews, workshops, and consortium activities; supports collaborations, material transfer agreements, biosafety registrations, publications, and externally funded project compliance. Identifies project risks, implements mitigation strategies, supports fiscal reporting, and improves operational communications and processes.
