The Senior Lead Product Designer will own the design process for AI products, translating complex concepts into user-friendly designs while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Support partner engagements by evaluating use cases, co-leading platform introductions, managing partner communications and CRM records, investigating and routing product issues to engineering, surfacing recurring patterns, and building repeatable operational processes to enable partner success and inform product development.
