Lead and scale a hands-on manufacturing safety program: develop policies, ensure OSHA compliance, perform hazard analyses (MIL-STD-882), oversee LOTO, laser, chemical, firearms and explosives safety, manage emergency response, training, incident reporting, and collaborate with engineering and leadership to mitigate risks.

Lead schematic, PCB and power/embedded circuit design for autonomous turret systems. Develop real-time embedded firmware in C++ and Python, run simulations (signal integrity, thermal, EMC), integrate electromechanical components, and perform lab/field testing to meet military-grade requirements.

Integrate, bring up, debug, and validate electrical, mechanical, and software subsystems for autonomous weapon platforms. Perform system bring-up and firmware/Linux debugging, use lab instrumentation to diagnose power and signal issues, develop and execute test procedures, support field testing, build test fixtures and automation, and collaborate with hardware and software engineers to improve reliability and validate hardware revisions.
