Lead and streamline day-to-day office operations for the Mountain View facility: implement workflows, manage vendors, supplies, catering, and office buildouts; support onboarding and relocation logistics; coordinate with Finance, HR, Security, Facilities, and Manufacturing; maintain documentation, secure workplace practices, and logistics support in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Execute and support end-to-end live field test events for an autonomous defense system: setup, troubleshooting across hardware and software, collect and report test data, develop repeatable test procedures, and communicate findings to engineering and program teams under strict safety protocols.

Design and iterate user interfaces for Android, tablet, embedded, and internal applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for complex real-time systems. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to implement solutions, establish design systems, conduct usability testing, and refine products through feedback. The role involves touchscreen and controller interactions and spans the full product development cycle.
