Leads Kanthal Division’s strategy, M&A, sustainability, market intelligence, and strategic planning agenda. Advises the President and management teams, coordinates strategy execution, develops acquisition pipelines, oversees due diligence and integration planning, and integrates sustainability into business and investment decisions. Manages three specialists and drives initiatives supporting growth, profitability, competitiveness, and alignment across business units and the broader Alleima Group.

Leads a geographically distributed sales team across the Nordic countries and UK, driving sales, profitability, customer development, and new business growth. Builds strategic customer relationships, identifies commercial opportunities, supports team development, and translates business objectives into priorities. Collaborates with product management, R&D, sales, and product units to connect customer needs with technical offerings. Contributes market insights, business planning, claims resolution, and commercial decision-making.

Supports the finance department with organizing and archiving accounting vouchers, preparing accounting records and ledgers, and completing other assigned administrative tasks. This summer internship is intended for full-time students with at least a high school education who can work three to five days per week for three consecutive months. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsibility, execution, teamwork, and practical learning.
