Teams at Alleguard

Build and manage daily and weekly production and delivery schedules for assigned manufacturing plants. Balance customer due dates, production capacity, changeovers, material availability, transportation, and shipping requirements. Coordinate with plant leadership, customer service, sales, production, transportation, and shipping teams. Monitor OTIF performance and revenue forecasts, identify root causes of missed orders, plan material transfers, lead scheduling meetings, and resolve competing priorities.

Supports day-to-day HR operations at a manufacturing facility, including onboarding, attendance administration, corrective-action documentation, recruiting coordination, employee inquiry intake, training administration, personnel-file maintenance, compliance postings, and offboarding. The role escalates complex employee-relations and leave matters to the HR Business Partner while coordinating with plant leadership. It also supports HR administration for other sites and requires accurate documentation, confidentiality, compliance awareness, and occasional travel.

Supports plant leadership and employees across HR operations, employee relations, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, workers’ compensation, reporting, and culture initiatives. Provides strategic HR guidance, maintains confidential records, coordinates staffing and engagement activities, and supports facilities in Anderson, SC, and Grandville, MI. Requires regular travel and flexibility for 24/7 shift meetings.
