Senior HR leader for Allegro's China sites (~50 employees) managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, performance and reward cycles, PRC labor law compliance, localization of global HR programs, workforce planning, retention, employee engagement, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, IT, and EHS.
