Leads quality control, compliance, and process improvement across semiconductor Test and Probe Operations. Oversees quality inspectors, manufacturing standards, audits, KPI achievement, anti-mixing initiatives, and quality task forces. Ensures teams use structured quality tools and systems to manage process and equipment performance, meet customer expectations, and maintain effective controls.

Supports semiconductor production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, preventive maintenance, inventory management, and continuous improvement. The intern communicates equipment issues to engineers, analyzes recurring line problems, maintains repair records, performs test equipment and tester calibration, troubleshoots hardware and test systems, and assists with spare-parts procurement and inventory reporting.

Supports hardware bring-up, debugging, microelectronics assembly, PCB and interface-circuit design, precision soldering, laboratory testing, and automated data collection. Uses Python or MATLAB to characterize devices, process data, and generate reports. Maintains organized, safe, and calibrated R&D laboratory environments while collaborating with engineers on semiconductor technology validation and rapid prototyping.
