Lead cross-functional IT projects supporting manufacturing operations and enterprise processes. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, risks, governance, vendors, global teams, MES and ERP implementations, integrations, testing, cutover, readiness, stabilization, and benefits tracking. Partner with business and technical stakeholders on AI and automation initiatives while ensuring PMO compliance and measurable business outcomes.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensure code quality via reviews and testing, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Salesforce best practices.

Designs and delivers technical training for semiconductor engineering and maintenance teams. Manages certification and recertification programs, develops competency exams, assesses training needs, coordinates internal and external courses, and ensures compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. Tracks trainee progress, maintains audit-ready training records, reports program effectiveness, and mentors new technical hires.
