Teams at Allego

Support end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation by configuring the Allego platform, training customer admins, tracking project deliverables, maintaining Salesforce records, coordinating cross-functionally, and improving implementation processes and documentation.

Provide second-tier technical support for Customer Success: investigate and reproduce incidents using SQL and log/data analysis, troubleshoot with developers/DevOps, document findings, submit and track bugs or enhancement requests, and advise internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Build and maintain web product features across frontend and backend stacks. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, review code, mentor engineers, debug using browser tools, and improve technical stack and processes in an Agile environment.
