Supports Customer Success Managers with customer adoption initiatives, success plans, platform configuration, training, office hours, troubleshooting, and Success Acceleration Services. Manages customer requests and priorities, oversees a portfolio of digital customers, supports feature adoption, and maintains accurate activity records in Salesforce and ChurnZero. This fully remote role requires strong organization, technical aptitude, communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Test new features, enhancements and fixes across Allego's web, server and native mobile apps. Create and maintain test cases and manual testware, execute regression and cross-browser/accessibility tests, report and track bugs, and collaborate with development and product teams in Agile ceremonies.

The Account Manager will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and implement strategies to expand customer usage of Allego's SaaS platform.
